The standards are public. Knowing which parts matter is not.
A team can read the specification and still not know which parameters their vendors actually implement, which optional sections are load-bearing in practice, or what a TR-369 migration will really cost them. That knowledge normally comes from having done it, repeatedly, and getting some of it wrong.
The specification is nine hundred pages. The part that affects your rollout is about forty.

Taught by people who ship it
The workshops are run by engineers who build and operate device management at carrier scale, not by trainers working from the specification. The examples are real deployments, including the ones that went badly.
Advice that survives contact with your network
A review starts with your actual fleet, your vendor mix and your OSS constraints. The output is a written document with specific findings and trade-offs, which you own and can circulate — not a presentation delivered once and never seen again.
Neutral, including about us
If our platform is not the right answer for your situation, the report will say so. Selection advice is only worth having if it can reach a conclusion that costs us the sale, and we would rather keep the relationship than win a bad fit.

The measure of a good engagement is that your team needs us less afterwards. Training is hands-on, reviews explain the reasoning rather than only the conclusion, and everything is documented for the people who were not in the room.

Can you train our team on a platform that is not yours?
Yes. The protocol training is vendor-independent, and it is often most useful to teams running someone else's platform who need to evaluate what it is actually doing.
What does an architecture review produce?
A written report: what your estate looks like today, where the risks and constraints are, prioritised findings with the reasoning behind each, and a recommended sequence. It is written to be read by people who were not in the interviews.
Is the selection advice really neutral when you sell a platform?
It has to be, or it is worthless. We state our interest plainly, and reviews have concluded that a customer should stay where they are or choose another vendor. If you would prefer, we will scope the engagement to exclude our own products from consideration entirely.
