Wireless design, IoT integration and custom applications
WiFi and IoT
We design, build and tune wireless networks and the IoT systems that run on them — RF planning and Wi-Fi engineering, device connectivity and onboarding, API and application development, and the integration work that turns a pile of connected devices into something operable.
Enterprises, service providers, hospitality and campus operators, and product teams building connected devices.

Wireless gets blamed for everything, and diagnosed for nothing.
The access points were placed where the cabling was convenient, the channel plan was never revisited, and half the estate is on a firmware from two years ago. When someone complains, the honest answer is that nobody has the data to say what is wrong.
Most Wi-Fi complaints are not a coverage problem. They are a design decision made two years ago.
What it costs you today
- Coverage designed on a floor plan, never validated on site
- Co-channel interference nobody is measuring
- IoT devices that onboard once and are never seen again
- Data collected from devices that no system actually consumes
How we work
The principles that shape the engagement, and why they are worth holding to.
Design from measurement, not from a floor plan
A predictive model is a starting point. We validate on site, measure what the building actually does to the signal, and adjust the design before the mounting brackets go up rather than after the complaints start.
The hard part of IoT is the second year
Getting a device connected is a demo. Keeping ten thousand of them provisioned, updated, credentialed and observable is the engineering. We design for the lifecycle — onboarding, rotation, replacement and decommissioning — because that is where deployments fail.
Data that reaches a system that uses it
Telemetry with no consumer is cost without value. We build the API layer and the integrations so device data lands in the systems your business already runs, in a shape those systems can act on.
Vendor-neutral by default
We do not resell wireless hardware, so the recommendation is whatever fits the building, the budget and the estate you already own. Where an open platform fits, we will say so; where a commercial one is genuinely better, we will say that too.

How we engage
Three common shapes. We will scope to whichever fits, or to something else entirely.
Design and validate
A survey, a design, a channel plan and a validation pass — delivered as a document your installer can build from.
Build the integration
The API layer and applications that connect devices to the systems that need their data.
Fix what is deployed
An existing estate that underperforms. We measure it, tell you what is actually wrong, and do the remediation.
Other services
Most engagements draw on more than one of these.
Embedded Software Development
Firmware, drivers and device stacks that ship
ExploreDevOps
Build, test and release pipelines for network software
ExploreIndustrial IoT
Connectivity and telemetry for plant, field and infrastructure
ExploreTraining and Consulting
Standards expertise, architecture review and team enablement
ExploreCommon questions
Do you resell access points?
No, and that is deliberate. It means the design recommendation is driven by the building and your existing estate rather than by what we would rather sell you.
Can you work with the hardware we already own?
Yes. Most engagements start with an estate that is partly right. Replacing everything is rarely the correct answer, and we will say when a tuning and firmware exercise gets you most of the way.
What does a survey actually produce?
Measured coverage and interference data, a channel and power plan, mounting positions, a bill of materials, and a written account of the trade-offs — including anywhere the building will limit what is achievable.
