A single link is a single point of failure with a queue behind it.
An ATM that cannot reach the switch is an ATM out of service. A fuel forecourt that loses its link stops taking cards. A tower with a flapping backhaul takes the cell with it. At these sites the cost of an outage is measured per minute, and the nearest engineer is hours away.
When the link drops, the payment fails. Failover measured in milliseconds, not minutes.

Bond the links you can actually get
Remote sites rarely have two good circuits. HyperWAN combines whatever is available — a modest broadband line, a 4G SIM, a 5G SIM from a second carrier — into one logical fabric, aggregating for throughput and failing over for resilience.
Failover fast enough that sessions survive
Switchover happens in under a second, which is the difference between a card payment completing and a customer walking out. Long-lived sessions — SCADA polling, VoIP calls, transaction traffic — stay up rather than reconnecting.
Deploy without sending an engineer
Policy is staged in the cloud before the hardware ships. The CPE powers on at site, self-registers, pulls its configuration and comes online. A retail chain can roll out hundreds of sites without a CLI session or a truck roll.
One console for the whole estate

Do we have to buy your hardware?
No. HyperWAN is a software stack that runs on a range of proven 5G and 4G routers from established ODMs, so you can pick the form factor that fits each site — a high-throughput hub unit, a compact branch router or a fanless gateway for a cabinet.
How fast is failover, really?
Under a second. That threshold matters because it is roughly where a live session survives rather than resets — a card payment completes, a VoIP call continues, a SCADA poll does not time out.
What happens if the cloud console is unreachable?
The CPE keeps forwarding traffic and enforcing its policy. The console is for management and visibility, not the data path, so a management outage does not become a connectivity outage.
Can it aggregate links as well as fail over?
Yes. Links can be bonded for combined throughput as well as configured for failover, and application-aware routing pins critical traffic to the premium path while bulk traffic uses the cheaper one.
